RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange on adhesive applicators, combs, brushes, durags in original condition will be accepted. The merchandise must be sent back in the original conditon (cannot be used, worn, washed or altered in any way) due to sanitary reasons and the safety of our customers and staff. Copy of the invoice within 30day from the date of purchase must be provided.

We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instructed in the exchange package specify otherwise.

RESHIPPING CHARGE WILL APPLY.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items such as toupees, wigs, adhesive, hair care products, clearance items are not returnable for exchange, store credit, or refund. Custom orders and made to order items are not returnable and cannot be retruned or exchanged.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may ocurr due to the holidays, naturaal disaster, or carrier delays. If a guaranteed dilvery is delayed due to weather or other natural disasters, there will be no guarantee. Since no one has control over natuarl causes, shipping charge will not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times
